Greg has been a luthier since the fall of 2000, when
he began an apprenticeship in instrument repair under Edward V.
Dick. He began building archtop guitars at the same time in his
own shop at his home. His method has been influenced by a previous
career in 3D medical animation in that he now uses a CNC machine
(a computer-controlled router) and CAD software to aid in the design
and building of his instruments. Greg and Edward have recently begun
a collaborative venture building instruments under the name 'Victor
Guitars'.
